ELSEWEAR / 别饰 is the debut jewelry exhibition by Audrey Yifei Li, a Brooklyn based artist and designer. It features a collection of over twenty distinct jewelry pieces, each inspired by the heritage and traditions of Chinese culture, reinterpreted for contemporary sensibilities. 

This showcase draws deeply from the rich tapestry of Chinese motifs, ranging from the ancient tongqian [铜钱], double-happiness [双囍], culinary artifacts [饮食], and more. A diversity of precious metals and gemstones are hand-selected to accentuate the story behind each jewelry piece. Familiar motifs are transformed into something else that is wearable, and above all else, beautiful. 

Solid metal in either Sterling Silver or 14k Gold, never plated.

Everything is made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks standard lead time for production & delivery.
